Depending on the complexity of your commission and my current work queue it can take anywhere from a week to a month to complete your commission(s). If you want an idea of how long your commission(s) will take then ask and I'll give you an idea of how long it should be.

Please let me know if you expect your commission(s) done by a certain date. If you require a commission done sooner than my time estimate then there may be a rush fee of up to 100% of the current price.

Send an email to [email protected] on the commission that you want. I'll respond as soon as I can though keep in mind I only work Monday-Fridays and until 5pm. I still will check my email on weekends or after 5pm but do not expect a quick response at those times.

After details are discussed I'll give you a quote on the price. Once a price is decided an invoice will be sent.

If the invoice is under $100 then I will not start the commission until the invoice has been paid in full. If the invoice is at $100 or over $100 then I will not start the commission until at least half of the invoice has been paid with the other half to be paid after the sketch is finished.

Once the commission has been fully sketched you will receive a watermarked sketch. At this point I'll ask you if you need any changes. What I mean by this is to let me know if there are any details I missed that you mentioned before when first discussing your commission.

THIS DOES NOT MEAN you can make huge changes (ie. changing the characters pose or giving them a completely different outfit). If you desire a huge change then you will be billed an appropriate fee depending on the change. For example if you want to change a character from a sitting to a jumping pose then you will get charged for an extra character. That being said, small changes are okay. Such as making the hair a half inch longer or adding a necklace.

Once you have approved of the sketch I'll work on finishing it up for you as soon as I can! Unless the invoice is over $100 then the rest of the commission will not be finished until the rest of the invoice has been paid in full.

* - If comic is in black and white the pricing will be the same as if it were a flat color comic.

** - If there are multiple pages they will be counted as separate commissions on one invoice. If needed, you can pay for each page separately. For example paying for page 1 and once it's completed you pay for page 2 and so on.

For personal use only. You, the client, have no right to sell the commission(s) as an NFT. You are not permitted to use the art(s)/commission(s) in training AI/ML models.

Payment is done through invoices only. At least half of the payment must be paid upfront if at $100 or over $100. If under $100 then the invoice must be fully paid upfront.

Commissions can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks depending on what you want exactly, my current workload and where you are at in my queue. If you want your commission done by a certain date then let me know upfront and we can work something out. Depending on how soon you want the commission done there may be an extra fee of 50%-100% of the commission price.

Commissions are subject to be used as promotional material. If you are uncomfortable with this, please let me know.

I have the right to refuse any request.

If you have any questions about where your commission is at in my queue you're more than welcome to look at my work log which will show you if it's being sketched, lined, colored, shaded, getting finishing touches or if I'm waiting on an email from you to approve the sketch. You can find a link to my work log at the top and bottom of this page.

Note that if you order a flat color commission, black and white sale commission, holiday sweater sale commission or a Valentines sale commission and would like to upgrade it to a shaded commission at a later date then you can do so. When you order the upgraded version the price of the flat color will be taken from the total price of the flat color or shaded variant.*

* Keep in mind that if you do not make this clear when originally ordering a commission that you want it to be upgraded later on and instead ask after the original piece has been finished then there will be a fee added onto the upgrade.

You are allowed to post commissioned artwork on other platforms such as tumblr, twitter, and facebook as long as you do not claim the artwork as your own and link back to my bluesky at MissSheepy or my tumblr at Miss-Sheepy. If I find you are claiming the artwork as your own or have altered the artwork beyond what we discussed then you will be blacklisted.

You are not allowed to use commissioned artwork for commercial purposes. If you wish to do so then there will be a 100% mark up on your commission. If I find you are selling the artwork without discussing it beforehand then you will be blacklisted.

In regards to refunds: If the commission is not started you can get a full refund. If it is started or partially finished you can get a partial refund depending on the commission type and the current state of said commission. If the commission is completely finished then you cannot get a refund.
